Mr. Ravi Kumar Tripathi is a distinguished entrepreneur and visionary business leader, serving as the Managing Director and Founder of Shitakshi Tekinfra Arronix Private Limited. With a strong foundation in finance and infrastructure development, he has been instrumental in shaping the company with a clear vision of excellence, integrity, and sustainable growth.
He is a Commerce Graduate (2008) and holds an MBA in Finance, equipping him with advanced expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance.
With over two decades of extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sector, Mr. Tripathi has held key leadership and managerial positions with esteemed organizations such as Gammon India Ltd., MBL Infrastructure Ltd., PNC Infratech Ltd., and APCO Infratech Pvt. Ltd. His professional journey reflects deep proficiency in project finance, contract administration, compliance management, and large-scale infrastructure project execution.
In 2020, he laid the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey by establishing Shitakshi Enterprises, a proprietorship firm that marked the beginning of his independent business vision. Building on this momentum, he incorporated Shitakshi Tekinfra Arronix Private Limited in April 2025, with the objective of delivering world-class infrastructure solutions with uncompromising quality standards.
Under his dynamic leadership, the company continues to strengthen its presence in roads, civil construction, and infrastructure development, driven by a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
Mrs. Babika Tripathi
Director
Mrs. Babika Tripathi is a dedicated leader and an integral member of the management team, serving as a Director at Shitakshi Tekinfra Arronix Private Limited. She brings strong organizational, administrative, and people management capabilities to the company, significantly contributing to operational efficiency and workforce development.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, which has strengthened her skills in communication, organizational planning, and human resource management.
In 2023, she established a proprietorship firm, Shitakshi Construction, which is actively engaged in construction-related projects. This entrepreneurial experience has enhanced her practical understanding of project coordination, team management, and business operations.
Since joining Shitakshi Tekinfra Arronix Private Limited in 2025, Mrs. Tripathi has been leading the company’s Human Resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, statutory and labour compliance, and overall HR operations. Her structured, people-focused, and disciplined approach helps create a positive and productive work environment.
She effectively balances her responsibilities as a business owner and corporate director, strengthening the organization through her leadership, commitment, and operational expertise.
